Purpose of this form

This service prepares and emails a rental application PDF. Completing or sending it does not create a lease, guarantee acceptance, reserve a property or complete any separate screening process. The rental office will communicate any next steps separately.

Accuracy and authority

Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Include co-applicant, household, landlord or reference information only when you have appropriate authority or permission. A co-applicant’s typed signature should be entered by that person or with their express authorization. You are responsible for checking the information and recipient email address before sending.

PDF and electronic delivery

Choosing Download PDF creates a copy on your device. Choosing Email application authorizes this form to send the complete PDF to info@findyourplacewithusny.com and the primary applicant email entered in the form, using Resend. This includes the information of any co-applicant. The PDF is not password-protected. Review the Privacy Notice for how entries, mailboxes and providers handle the information.

Signatures and application statements

A typed name in a signature field is intended as that applicant’s acknowledgement of the certification shown beside it. Review that certification before signing. These terms do not add a fee, authorize a credit or background check, waive tenant or applicant rights, or replace any legally required disclosure, authorization or separate agreement. Any fee or other obligation is subject to applicable law.

Submission status and technical issues

A successful message means the email provider accepted the message for sending; it does not guarantee delivery, receipt or application approval. If delivery fails, keep the tab open, download the PDF and contact the office before resending repeatedly. The site cannot recover drafts after the tab is refreshed or closed. Do not use this form to send malicious, unauthorized or unrelated content.
